THE CRAVENS FAMILY

Garage Force of Denver North is a family owned and operated business. My wonderful wife Amanda and I run the day to day operations with a heavy focus on customer satisfaction. We focus on providing a superior experience because we know that the best way for us to be successful to provide for our three sons (Kaden-9, Deegan-5, and Sam-2), is through repeat business and referrals from happy customers! At this time our boys don’t participate in much, but they do enjoy helping dad make samples and want to help do coatings when they are old enough to have a job. A request I will be happy to oblige! I always wanted to go to work with my dad as a kid and I look forward to working with all of my sons to teach them the value of a dollar and sense of pride that comes from working with your hands.

Our backgrounds before Garage Force were quite different than what we do now. I was a professional construction manager building industrial projects in the mining industry and Amanda was a dental assistant for a children’s dentistry office. Once we had our youngest boy, we made the decision for Amanda to leave her career to stay at home with our boys. The mining industry requires a great deal of travel and I wanted to be home with my family so we decided to bring my background in the construction industry to the residential sector. We started a remodeling business providing high-quality services to our local area, and that is when we came across Garage Force. We were intrigued by the process and the opportunity to be able to provide a world-class product to our clients. One of the things we liked so much about the business is that we have a network of other franchises to work with and learn from with a fantastic support group. Collectively, Garage Force has completed thousands of projects with millions of square feet of concrete coated. It is important to us that when we come across a unique challenge, there is always someone else within Garage Force that has already overcome a similar situation and we can call for their advice and guidance. Since we started Garage Force of Denver North, we have enjoyed it so much that we focus only on this and have since stopped pursuing our remodeling business. That is a life decision that we can’t be happier with.

We find enjoyment out of the entire process of a project. From making initial contact with a new client through the final discussions upon completion of their new floor coating. For me, one of the most fun parts of the process is during our consultation when we get to start diving into our samples to make a system and color selection. We have so many amazing systems and unlimited color combinations that we can always find the right solution for each individual and it’s enjoyable to find that perfect product for all strokes of life! I always have a great sense of accomplishment when finishing a coating and seeing the look of amazement and satisfaction on our clients’ faces. The day to day tasks are a lot of hard work that is very physically and mentally challenging, but it is all worth it at the end of every day knowing how happy our clients are. That is what gets us out of bed every morning!
