Garage Force locations are independently owned and operated franchise businesses.
Garage Force provides branding, systems, technology platforms, and operational standards. However, each local franchise location is solely responsible for:
- Estimates
- Contracts
- Installation services
- Warranties
- Payment collection
- Customer service
- Local operations
Any service agreement is between you and the specific franchise location performing the work.
SECTION 6 – ESTIMATES, INVOICES & PAYMENTS
Estimates:
- Are valid for the timeframe stated
- May be subject to change based on site conditions
- May require deposits
Invoices must be paid in accordance with the stated payment terms.
Failure to pay may result in delays, fees, or collection actions where permitted by law.
Payment information is processed securely through third-party providers.
SECTION 7 – INSTALLATION & SCHEDULING TERMS
Installation dates are scheduled based on availability.
Garage Force is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Site access issues
- Surface condition changes
- Supply chain disruptions
- Events beyond reasonable control
Customers are responsible for preparing the jobsite according to provided instructions.
SECTION 8 – WARRANTIES
Warranty coverage is governed by the specific written warranty issued at the time of installation (e.g., VeriFloor® warranty registration).
Warranty terms may vary by location and scope.
Failure to register or comply with maintenance requirements may affect warranty eligibility.
SECTION 9 – DATA SECURITY
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or mobile networks is 100% secure.
SECTION 10 – COOKIES & ANALYTICS
We may use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to:

Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before legal action.
SECTION 16 – CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
SECTION 17 – YOUR RIGHTS
